The illustrated guide on the lid of the Produce Keeper shows which fruits and vegetables thrive when humidity is higher (vent closed) and which ones keep best when the humidity is lower (vent open). This makes it easy to customize the storage conditions to the specific needs of your produce.
The 5 Qt/4.7 L capacity of the Produce Keeper is ideal for storing a variety of produce, including carrots, zucchini, cucumbers, and other long-shaped items. The Produce Keeper is BPA-free and dishwasher safe, making it easy to clean and maintain.
